After the show is subject of complaint after a six year old boy showcase a macho dancing in exchange for a cash prize the MTRCB board found the TV5 network executive guilty of violating Presidential decree 1986. Willing Willie is my father's favorite show so I am bit sad about this news considering that this is the only show he is watching after a long days work . He never bother to tune in or watch TV unless its Willing Willie. Anyway the program Willing Willie will be on per broadcast permit status and I dont know how they will do that considering that Willing Willie is a live show. On the lighter note Willing Willie suspension will be lifted May 8 w/c means regular programming may resume May 9. I have read some articles that Willie is planning to change the name of the show to Ka Willie Willie ?... But according to official Willing Willie twitter account the show will return May 7 ......
